Private screenings and the use of the National Geographic IMAX Theatre in Victoria, British Columbia can be easily arranged for any private event ranging from conferences, regional/national meetings to informal gatherings or parties.

Your guests can relax and enjoy comfortable, stadium style seating that can accommodate up to 400 people. Use the screen to make powerful and influential presentations, invite a motivational speaker, or enjoy a film for its inspirational, motivational or just plain entertaining theme. Kids Love IMAX! Looking to celebrate a birthday? Celebrate BIG with the National Geographic Theatre as your host! Choose your film from our current selection and take advantage of special birthday packages which include popcorn, a regular sized soft drink and a birthday treat for each guest. It's a great way to celebrate the big day!

Birthday Party Packages Include:

Scheduled film of choice
Small beverage & popcorn for each child attending
Loot bag from the National Geographic Store for each child – (gift shop will put together the packages, usually contains a minimum $3.00 cost worth of merchandise).
Usher will announce the name and age of the Birthday Child
If a minimum of 6 children are attending then the Birthday child is free of charge and all others are $13.40 ($15.01 with HST) each and includes a loot bag. Accompanying adults are charged the regular Adult rate of $10.50 ($11.76 with HST). If less than 6 children are attending, then all the children are $13.40 ($15.01 with HST) each and includes a loot bag as described above.

Parties must be booked through the group sales office with a minimum of 2 days notice.
