Our Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy

Ticket Refunds – Online Tickets and Tickets with a Reserved Seat are Non-Refundable. For all other tickets, no refunds will be offered after the event has begun or the entry time has passed. Processing charges are non-refundable.
Ticket Exchanges – No exchanges will be offered 30 minutes prior to the start of a film. In person and general online tickets may be exchanged on-site at the box office. Annual Pass online tickets cannot be exchanged, but must be authorized to be refunded and repurchased 48 hours prior to the film entry time.
Processing Charge – A processing charge will be added to any sale made via internet and is assessed on a per ticket basis. These charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges requested by phone or email should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the film date to ensure they are processed prior to the start of the film.

Entry and Accessibility Information

For safety reasons, entry 10 minutes after the film has begun is not permitted.
The concession closes 5 minutes before the start of the last film. Outside Food and Drink are not permitted inside the theatre.
Annual Pass holders are required to present their valid pass at the box office, and to the usher upon entry to the theatre, for tickets purchased online and in person.
Select shows have Reserved Seating and are indicated by (RS). Seat selection is the last step of the online ticketing process, after entering your payment details. 3D Glasses will be distributed upon entry to the theatre. These glasses are unique to our Laser Projection System and are not compatible with other 3D theatres or 3D televisions.
The theatre is wheelchair accessible with space for up to 6 wheelchairs. Upon entry to the theatre, connect with an Usher with your requirements. Accessibility Information
In addition to the Biggest Screen in BC, the theatre has 12 channel immersive audio. For those with sensitive hearing, earplugs are available from an usher.

If you require your online Annual Pass tickets to be resent - click here. General Tickets or Royal BC Museum member tickets can be reprinted at the box office.
$1 processing fee applies for Annual Pass online tickets.

All times are subject to change and ticket availability is not reflected above. Purchase advance tickets for guaranteed seating.
Library Screenings are requested by School groups and are open to the public.
