Update for 2020 Passholders regarding COVID-19
Please find the details below on two options offered to 2020 Annual Passholders in light of the COVID19 temporary closure. These options allow passholders to push the value of their 2020 annual pass into 2021.
Option #1: You decide to renew for 2021
A proportional discount will be applied to your 2021 renewal which reflects the amount of time the theatre is closed. For example, if it is closed for 8 weeks a 15% discount will apply, or if it is closed for 3 months, a 25% discount will apply to your 2021 purchase. The specific discount amount available will not be known until the theatre is open again.
Option #2: You do not purchase a 2021 Annual Pass
If you decide not to buy a 2021 Annual Pass, your 2020 Annual Pass will be extended by the amount of time the theatre is closed. For example, if it is closed for 8 weeks, you will have access until the end of February, 2021, or if it is closed for 3 months, you will have access until the end of March 2021. The exact date of expiry will not be known until the theatre is open again.
No action on your part is required at this time. Upon reopening, passholders will be provided information on how to move forward with the option they have selected.
