Narrated by Donald Sutherland and Lydia Hearst (great granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst). Original cinematography combined with vintage clips and stills from the 1920s and 30s take you above the majestic central California coast rises to an incredible place created from the dreams of one man, William Randolph Hearst. Inspired by his many trips to Europe, Hearst began the construction of his castle in 1919, creating an architectural masterpiece that he furnished with priceless art treasures and where he entertained Hollywood elite.
